Dark Blue

Blue is one of my favourite colours so this beautiful coat caught my eye instantly. It is perfect for special occasions and it is one of my favourite coats by far. I hope to be able to wear it many times this year! In the pictures I'm also wearing heels from Aldo, a clutch from Uterque, a Swarovski watch and Gucci Sunglasses. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Spring Vibes

Hello everyone! I can't believe it's already spring... time is going way too fast! This month has been really busy so time has gone by even faster than usual. I feel like the older I get, the faster time goes. Does anyone feel the same way? It's kind of scary actually! But at the same time I'm really excited for Spring (and I'm looking forward to summer) so I guess it's not so bad... In the pictures I'm wearing a yellow dress with a really cute bow from Zara, which I combined with snake print heels from Aldo, a black leather clutch from Uterque and Gucci sunglasses. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thank you very much for your comments.

Best of 2016

2016 was an incredible year for so many reasons and today I will be taking a look back at all the  amazing moments I got to experience. Travelling to Punta Cana, London and Vienna were some of the highlights of this busy year. Punta Cana was incredibly beautiful, with turquoise waters and great weather. Sunbathing, swimming in the sea and relaxing by the pool was perfect to unwind and relax. I loved it! London was the second destination of the year, which is was one my favourite cities and feels like a second home to me. Travelling there to attend my Brother's graduation and spending time with friends were some of the most memorable moments of 2016. Finally, in December I visited my parents who are now living in Vienna. It is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever been to! I absolutely loved exploring the city and visiting its museums and Christmas markets. It was truly magical! In 2016 I was blessed to be surrounded by wonderful people and to share incredible moments with my loved ones. I'm really grateful and I appreciated every single moment. I hope you enjoy this selection of favourite memories of 2016. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Vienna I'll be back

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Today I'm going to share with you a few pictures of my recent trip to Vienna, where my parents live. It was my first visit to the city and I absolutely loved it. We arrived on thursday evening and had dinner at a lovely restaurant called Plachutta. I tried the famous Wiener Schnitzel, a typical dish from Vienna which was delicious. We visited the Albertina, Leopold, Mumok and Technisches Museums. They were all amazing but Albertina and Leopold Museums were by far my favourites. We also visited the Hofburg and Schonbrunn Palaces - they are breathtaking! One of the highlights of this trip was the Rathaus Christmas Market, which is definitely the best Christmas Market I've ever been to. And of course we also tried the Sacher-Torte, the famous chocolate cake of Vienna. It was very tasty! On saturday, we also tried the amazing Apfelstrudel at Café Landtmann! Although we were only in Vienna for four days, I'm glad we were able to see a lot of things and try the typical Viennese cuisine. Now that my parents are living in Vienna, I'm definitely come back to explore the city a bit more. Have you ever been to Vienna? I hope you enjoy the pictures. Looking forward to reading your comments.

Sunny Dream

Good morning everyone! Today I'm going to share a few pictures taken in Praia da Duquesa, a lovely beach in Cascais. The day before we took these pictures, it was really cold and it was raining so much! But then on sunday, MAGIC! The weather changed completely and it was lovely to wake up, open the windows and see that the sun was shining. The rain and cold weather suddenly seemed like a distant memory and it felt like spring. So I decided to put on a lovely blue playsuit from Vintage Bazaar and go for a walk in the Cascais promenade. I'm also wearing a lovely clutch from Uterque and watch from Swarovski. Looking forward to reading your comments.

Blackout

Good morning everyone! Today I'm going to share with you a few photos taken in Kew, where I used to live. These photos are completely different from the usual photography style of my blog but I just love how they turned out. I also loved how the dark makeup added a special touch to the outfits. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thank you very much for your comments.

Take me to the beach

Guincho is one of my favourite areas in Cascais. Going for a walk on the Guincho beach is always great to relax and clear my head. It is known for being a very windy beach, but when it isn't, it is simply amazing. When we took the pictures below, we were really lucky as it was warm and not windy at all. I'm wearing a black dress with a lovely floral pattern, which I combined with my brand new Gucci sunglasses, a bag from Zara and high heels from Sasha London. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Looking forward to reading you comments.

Rays of Light

The best thing about living in Cascais is that you feel like you're on holiday on the weekends, especially when it is sunny. When the weather is good, I enjoy spending the day by the pool while reading a good book or going for a walk by the sea with great company. This week has started to feel more like autumn as the temperatures have dropped. Nevertheless, the sun always comes back and that's all it takes to motivate me to spend some time outdoors. In the pictures, I'm wearing a black top from Zara which I combined with cream shorts from Lily White and my favourite Havaianas flip flops. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thanks in advance for your comments.

Weekend in Porto

Good morning everyone! Today I'm going to share a few pictures of the weekend I spent in Porto (also known as Oporto) in the north of Portugal. I travelled from Lisbon to Porto on friday evening and went straight to the Bom Sucesso Market for dinner. On saturday, my boyfriend and I had lunch at Torreão, a restaurant with a stunning view of the Douro River. Then, we went straight to Cais de Gaia to visit the Ferreira Port Wine Cellars. The visit started with a guided tour where we got to learn about the history of the Ferreira Wine Cellars and ended with a tasting of Port wine. It was really interesting! If you visit Porto, I highly recommend a visit to the city's wine cellars. After the visit, we went for a walk by the Douro river, crossed the D. Luís bridge and headed to Ribeira. In the evening, we had dinner at Bocca, a restaurant located in the Foz do Douro area with a beautiful decor and lovely ambience. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Thanks in advance for your comments.

The Windmill

Discovering new places is always a good idea and when the weather is good, there are no excuses to get out of the house and explore. So last weekend, my brother and I did a bit of exploring and decided to visit a bar called Moinho de D. Quixote, located near Cabo da Roca in Sintra. It has a breathtaking view of the Guincho Beach in Cascais and it is beautifully decorated. The place is absolutely stunning so we took a few pictures to share with you guys. I'm wearing a stunning floral jumpsuit from Women'Secret, which I combined with wedges from Foreva, a blue Carolina Herrera bag, Chanel sunglasses and a beautiful watch from DKNY. I highly recommend a visit to Moinho D. Quixote. Be sure to visit Cabo da Roca as well! I hope you enjoy the pictures. Looking forward to reading your comments.
